What We Collect
When you use Changing Lines, we collect: your questions and reading results (linked to an anonymous session or your account), your email address if you create an account or purchase a reading, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type). We do not collect payment card data — this is handled by Polar.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the service: generating your reading, sending sign-in links, and processing payments. We do not sell your data. We do not use your questions for AI training.
Your Readings
Your questions and readings are treated as sensitive personal data. They are stored encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties. You can export or delete all your data at any time by writing to support@changinglines.app.
Your Rights
Under GDPR and equivalent laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@changinglines.app. We respond within 30 days.
